All Saints Sunday, November 3rd:

On the festival of All Saints we remember with thanksgiving those who have lived and died in the faith. They are the sign of our hope and an image of the glory we shall inherit. But even more, they are worshipers with us this day as we sing the praises of the God who brings life out of death. Come worship with us on Sunday with Holy Communion at St. Peter’s at 9:00am and at Messiah at 10:30am. Sunday School classes meet at Messiah at 9:15am and at St. Peter’s at 10:15am. If you can’t join us on Sunday, try Wednesday evening at 5:30pn at St. Peter’s. Prayer of the Day: Almighty God, you have knit your people together in one communion in the mystical body of your Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. Grant us grace to follow your blessed saints in lives of faith and commitment, and to know the inexpressible joys you have prepared for those who love you, through Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever.
